I offer services for individuals seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and many more. I offer budget-friendly payment plans and a sliding scale, however I don't accept insurance.
 

Individual Client Services

Ten-session Package

This is a transformative

ten-session series dedicated to deep healing and personal growth. This series is designed to both restore and recover what may have been lost through trauma, as well as helping you align with your true passions and purpose.

This is our most popular way of working. 

Growth Intensive

Join us for a transformative

three-day healing intensive designed foster personal growth and sustainable change. This immersive experience will guide you through powerful activities, mindfulness, and embodied practices to heal wounds and unlock your potential and purpose. 

Individual Sessions

For people who prefer a more traditional way of working, we can simply have one-to-one sessions as needed... as issues arise.

We can meet in person or over zoom at convenient hours.
